Refund & Cancellation Policy

Karigar UAE refund and cancellation policy for Dubai maintenance bookings. Deposits, same-day cancellations, emergency call-outs, and guarantee claims explained clearly.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all home maintenance services booked with Karigar UAE in Dubai. It works together with our Terms of Service and explains when refunds, credits, or rescheduling apply.

Standard Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: full refund of any deposit or free reschedule
  • Within 24 hours: deposit may be retained as a call-out / scheduling fee
  • No-show without notice: deposit forfeited; new booking requires fresh payment

Deposits & Advance Payments

Some large jobs or material orders require a deposit. Deposits are applied to your final invoice. If we cancel due to our unavailability, deposits are refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Emergency & Same-Day Bookings

Same-day and emergency slots (AC breakdown, major leaks, power failures) are non-refundable once a technician is dispatched. If we cannot attend within the promised window, you may choose a full refund or priority reschedule at no extra cost.

Service Quality & Guarantee Claims

If work does not meet agreed scope, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will re-attend under our 30-day workmanship guarantee at no charge where valid. Refunds are considered only when re-service is not feasible — assessed case by case by our operations team.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-ordered parts already purchased for your job
  • Completed labour where scope was delivered as quoted and approved
  • Third-party inspection or permit fees paid on your behalf

How to Request a Refund
